[Koha] Problem with coverflow plugin, Koha 20.05

There's no way to do it as it is now using the opac_js and opac_css hooks.
In the case of CSS you can clearly tweak things in OpacUserCSS. If you need
to tweak JS you might better submit an enhancement proposal to the plugin
itself.
