File "Script.pm" needs to belong to root and have 0644 permission.

# cd /usr/share/koha/lib/Koha
# ls -al Script.pm
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1829 Dez 30  2019 Script.pm

If it doesn't you would have to change it accordingly.
