[Koha] Kohacon registration and live stream details

Kia ora koutou katoa,

Kohacon is 4 days away! In NZ it starts on Monday 19th October 9.15am,
that's 8.15pm Sunday GMT!

Registrations are still open. Certificates of participation will be sent
after the conference to those who register by 5pm Friday NZST, that's
4am Thursday GMT. Registration details are at

Links to the YouTube live-stream and other details will be sent to all
registered participants in advance of the conference starting.

We can't wait for the conference to start now, best of luck and many
thanks to all the wonderful presenters who are preparing!
