[Koha] Workaround for Self checkout timeout is JavaScript-dependent (Bug 8959)

Hello,

I wondered how to configure iOS devices to disable JavaScript for self-checkout? I have tested on an iPhone by disabling JavaScript in Safari > settings but am still timing out after a few hours. We would like to use an iPad.
