[Koha] Home Location and Its Purpose

    I erred. It isn't HOME LOCATION rather CURRENT LOCATION that I don't
understand. So the question is really what are the purpose and use of the
CURRENT LOCATION as opposed to the PERMANENT LOCATION.

    Please excuse my mistake.
