[Koha] Unable to save

Hi Jonathan,
One quick question about running the command you describe:
$ chown -R USER:USER /var/log/koha/INSTANCE
What USER should I be inserting into this? I understand INSTANCE is the
name of my library.
I've tried the username that I log in with via Terminal and get a list of
folders which all end with "Operation not permitted." I've also tried my
superlibrarian username and that gets an "invalid user" error.
