[Koha] Checkout page - Can't locate object method "search" via package "Koha::Account::DebitTypes"

Thanks for the quick patch Jonathan and my apologies this bug managed to
make it through in the first place Caitlin.  The patch in question has now
been pushed to master and the release maintainers will soon pick it up for
their next maintenance releases.
