[Koha] Internal server error when searching for barcode

Hi

Using Koha 19.05.02 (was installed like this, no update from previous 
version) we are going into staff client menu "Advanced search > Go to 
item search" and serahc for an existing barcode. The screen just says: 
"Internal server error".

In the file "/var/log/koha/dwa/plack-error.log" the following will appear:

Unsupported format html at 
/usr/share/koha/intranet/cgi-bin/catalogue/itemsearch.pl line 89.
Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at 
/usr/share/koha/lib/Koha/Biblio.pm line 578.

This is so if output "Screen" is chosen. If one of the options "CSV" or 
"Barcode files" are chosen, files will be created, but they are empty.

The same goes for my Koha demo installation using 19.11.00.

I found a similar bug 
https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=19706 (Item 
search: Unsupported format html) but it says it was pushed to master for 
18.05.

Is this a new bug that I should report?
