[Koha] run koha without mpm_itk

Hi

Is it posible to run koha without mpm_itk?  I want to test apache2
performance with apache2buddy.pl but it does not support mpm_itk

I tried to replace it with mod_suexec and suexecUserGroup unsuccessfully.
