[Koha] Workaround for Self checkout timeout is JavaScript-dependent (Bug 8959)

Hi Emma,

what is your use case? You don't want the session on the tablet to time
out? Could setting SelfCheckTimeout and SelfCheckInTimeout to a high
value be a solution?
