[Koha] How to link user data from other systems with Koha?

Good Morning,

How to link user data from other systems with Koha?

Example:
An institution has an academic system and would like data from users of the
academic system to be automatically linked with Koha.

Does Koha have any process or plugin to facilitate this process?
