[Koha] Add a date picker to edit-item screen for replacementpricedate?

I have submitted a patch for this bug which adds datepicker
functionality to the "dateaccessioned.pl" cataloging plugin. Linking
this plugin to your date-formatted item subfields will add the
datepicker to those inputs.
