[Koha] Regarding DBMS Auto increment fix

Hi Sambhunath,

I asked the same question a couple of weeks ago. Here is the answer I
received from Jonathan Druart:

It does not depend on the Koha version, but the MySQL/MariaDB version,
please double check the wiki page.
