[Koha] Cant Check in an item

I have just installed Koha 18.11. I checked out a book and while trying to
check in the same item, the system prompted me the following: "the item has
not been checked in due to a configuration issue in your system. You must
ask an administrator to take a look at the about page and search for the
data problems section".
I need your help with this issue please.
