[Koha] Update or change data of all patrons after importing

Hi Rizwan,

not all of those fields can be changed with the bulk patron edit tool,
so what you might want to do is have a look at the patron import tool.
You can overlay existing patrons and update data that way. Test
carefully, before you run it on all your patrons.
