[Koha] Collection Search is not working under advance search

Hi,

we've also run into this issue. I believe currently that it might have
something to do with how quotes are handled when ICU is used. My
coworker found a fix commenting out some lines in Search.pm. I've put
all the information currently available on a new bug report:
