[Koha] Field 866 - Textual Holdings does not display in OPAC.

Hi Nicolas,

did you check the visibility settings in the frameworks? In older 
versions they had no effect for the normal view, but this has changed! 
Make sure 866 subfields are set as visible in the OPAC.
