[Koha] Attaching a local cover to biblio record on Koha 17.11.05.000

Hi

I have uploaded a local cover and  attached it to the biblio record of 
choice. However, it is not displaying on the OPAC. How do I go about 
enabling display of local cover. I am running  Koha 17.11.05.000
