[Koha] Fwd: OPAC Page not available and login credentials don't work

As a community we have stopped supporting LiveDVD as a option for
installation since around 2012-13.

The moment you release a LiveDVD based system, it is already stale. In many
cases LiveDVDs are custom forks with undocumented tweaks that make these a
liability if the creator is not responsive enough.
