[Koha] Installed Plugins not showing on Koha 16.11

Dear all,
I've installed the coverflow plugin, which is working correctly, displaying
the coverflow on the OPAC but every time I want to change its configuration
I have to re-upload the .kpz file in order to view the plugin on the list.
I have superlibrarian access, UseKohaPlugins in system preferences is set
to on.
What could be the issue?
