[Koha] MOVED KOHA FROM OLD TO NEW SERVER LOGIN ERROR

Hi

I have suffered that problem.. it means that table doesn't exist... you
just need to create search kohastructure.sql find the table and execute
it... and try again, in my case we missed three tables
