Ok, done that. After restarting the Apache it says:

/Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance
downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later./

in the Webbrowser.

Restart worked without errors. Also tried koha-plack --restart library
without errors
