As it says right at the beginning of 18.05 release notes - "It is no longer
possible to use the database user to login into Koha. You should first
create a superlibrarian patron and use it for logging in. See the script
misc/devel/create_superlibrarian.pl"

^^^^ use the script to create a new one, login and change the password of
your original super librarian user.
