[Koha] Sponsoring the Koha Community site server

Hi Liz,

Thank you a million for sponsoring the Koha Community site all this time.

I will be very happy to help too.

A cost sheet per year for hosting, running the site, and for maintaining the Koha portal content, etc. will help contributors decide on the period of sponsoring the site for.
