Hi Hirak

Since you seem to experience some permissions problem try it with the 
following command as recommended in the documentation. As your 
unprivileged Linux user you execute:

$ sudo koha-rebuild-zebra -f -v library

Note this is not the same as:

$ sudo su
# koha-rebuild-zebra -f -a -b -v library

In fact I don't know anyway what happens if you use "-f -a -b" since 
"-f" means the same as "-a -b". From "man koha-rebuild-zebra":

-f, --full
     Does a reindex of the whole collection.

-a, --authorities
     Only run the indexing process for authority records.

-b, --biblios
     Only run the indexing process for biblio records.

-v, --verbose
     Be verbose. Useful for debugging indexing problems.
