Many thanks for your reply.
It seems I spoke too soon: now I get inconsistent access to the staff client
with various browsers (and this is happening from multiple computers). At
the moment, the only success I'm getting is with Firefox and when dropping
the https from the front of the address.
I also tried emptying the caches - no change.
But, access is fine using Chrome on my phone!
It seems to be some sort of security issue - various errors come up in the
browsers: SSL Protocol Error or Couldn't establish a secure connection.
Hoping someone may be able to steer me in the right direction!
