[Koha] Zebra reindexing

Hi there,

I noticed in the OPAC (refine your search sidebar) that sometimes my series
authorities (830 marc21 field) are displayed two times

e.g.

Short stories
Short stories.

When I search for this in staff client I only retrieve the one authority
(which is correct).

Is it dangerous to reindex my database using this command:
 sudo koha-rebuild-zebra -f -v  instancename
in order to see if this will solve the issue?
