[Koha] Sorting different languages

Yes... it could help.. however we have several languages in the same
database.. I have found mapping between arabic and romanic.. but I have
language limitations.. but I will try..

On the other hand my question was also for icu chain.. if somebody know ho
to add several languages to icu chain
