[Koha] tracklinks and special characters

Hi Carolina,

There have been some fixes to the Tracklinks feature in various 
versions. I've found those bugs that have been all been fixed:

tracklinks.pl doesn't work with URLs containing ampersands

Which version of Koha are you using?

Can you give an example of a broken URL?
