[Koha] Translating string at Koha manual 16.11

Hi Stefano,

we are aware of the interest in translating the manuals and it's a 
constant topic at the Documentation IRC meetings:

At the moment we need to investigate the different options Sphinx gives 
us for translations. If someone is interested in helping out there, 
please get in touch.
