[Koha] issues with late orders mail

Good morning

We are facing a problem sending mails to late orders

Koha 3.22 .7

Postfix working fine for all other mail services (circulation, basket...etc)

The issue is that when we try to claim to a vendor for late orders, we get
a success message from koha 'email has been sent' , but no message has been
sent in fact

The claims counter remains at 0
the letter log remains blank
the mail.log from server remains withoutchange
no logs from plack-error, intranet-error... etc

any idea on this?
