[Koha] Problem adding Notices and Slips

Hi Luis,
at the moment you can't define a new slip in Koha like this. Usually
Koha expects a notice with a certain code and module that then is used
when a specific event or action triggers it. For example: a hold is set
to waiting, a notice with the code HOLD will be sent to the patron etc.
