[Koha] Error in Patrons

Login with the koha_instance user (which is not a real Koha user, but the
user defined at MySQL level), create a patron (with a strong password) and
set the superlibrarian permissions.
Logout and do not user the koha_instance user anymore, use the new patron
you just created instead.
