[Koha] Error in Patrons

Hi All,

We just migrated KOHA version 3.18.01.000 to 16.05.04. When we click on any
of the letter(A-Z listing) in 'Patrons' tab it won't show the corresponding
patrons.
Data already exist in database and the error log shows the following error.
"Argument "NO_LIBRARY_SET" isn't numeric in modulus (%) at
/usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Context.pm line
1246.: /usr/share/koha/intranet/cgi-bin/mainpage.pl,"

Can anyone help on this issue?
