[Koha] Add one field New Library section

Hi All,

I need to add one field 'Registration Number' in New Library page
(*/cgi-bin/koha/admin/branches.pl?op=add_form
<http://branches.pl?op=add_form>*) and insert the same into the table
"branches".
Can anyone please help on this?
