[Koha] deleting empty records problem

Hello,



I have generated report of empty records and as a result I've got about 2 000 of them.

When I had tried to batch delete them I've got a message that it is imposible.

It looks like this:

Does anyone have an idea what is a problem?  

Do I have go through it manually?
