[Koha] Template Toolkit Syntax for Slips & Notices

Hi Radek,

sorry, missed to send my question to the list earlier today. I am not 
sure if <<count>> ever worked for those, we have only used it for 
DUEDGST and PREDUEDGST so far. Could you file a bug? I think the count 
needs to be updated every time a checkout/return is recorded.
