[Koha] Replace Module for C4::Branch

Hello Admire,

Which subroutine of C4::Branch did you use?
You should have a look at bug 15758. It removes GetBranches and
GetBranchesLoop, you certainly used one of these two.
Basically you will need to call Koha::Libraries->search.
