[Koha] Allow on shelf holds

Thanks for getting back to me Michael.

All the settings you suggest are correct on our system but we still can't place holds for on shelf items on the OPAC, and get warnings on the staff side of the system.

Hi Colin

Yesterday I was successful enabling shelf holds doing this:

1. Koha menu "Administration > Circulation and fine rules"

* Holds allowed (count): more than 0
* Holds per record (count): more than 0
* On shelf holds allowed: Yes

2. Koha system preference "RequestOnOpac": Allow
