[Koha] KOHA Unimarc 606 field not connecting to subject authority

Hi Marcel,

Thanks for your reply, we appreciate it.

We are/were not using plugins, but just for testing I enabled the koha 
plugins system. Alas, it does not make any difference.

When adding a new book to the catalogue, searching for subject 
authorities still gives no results, with these errors:
