Hi Luis

There is a conflict between two system preferences, see:

Bug 18636 - Can not save new patron on fresh install (Conflict between 
autoMemberNum and BorrowerMandatoryField)

To resolve your issue, remove field 'cardnumber' from syspref 
BorrowerMandatoryField
