Hi JS,

I found 2 bugs related to the itemcallnumber system preference - I think 
what you want to do is currently not possible:

*Bug 3426*

change itemcallnumber system preference to allow multiple tags

*Bug 9156* 
<https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=9156> - 
itemcallnumber not pulling more than 2 subfields
