I don't speak officially, but last rumour was June 13-17.
June 12 is Philippine Independence Day and a national holiday.

Any dates known yet?  There are very cheap tickets on Singapore Airlines
from San Francisco to Manila right now - I'd love to know if the dates
conflict with our family plans for June now - so I can purchase the tickets
