[Koha] Request to be listed as Bug wrangler in Release team for version 16.11

+1 from me too.

I might put on the agenda an item about, updating release teams in
release notes to reflect who is doing the work.
IE
People like Marc, and Hector who have done a massive amount of
testing/signoffs this year.
