[Koha] Koha and letsencrypt client on Debian 8

Hi all,

Koha's vhost file typically puts in both the opac and the staff client
vhost definition in the same file. I've been playing with Letsencrypt
and so far it only supports configurations with only one single vhost
per .conf file.

I've no problem handling it myself, but I would like to hear how
others using / evaluating LE for use with Koha are tackling the issue.
