[Koha] Check-in change not for loan status

Hi Christopher,

if you are using Koha's acquisition module, you can use the
AcqItemSetSubfieldsWhenReceived to change the status on receive.

For changing the status on check-in you can use
UpdateNotForLoanStatusOnCheckin.
