[Koha] Installing Koha 3.22 with remote MySQL

Hi Galen

Yes, this is how we have created the file, but it doesn't work... I suspect
that some of the config value are not properly populated... we're going to
check it agains another mysql server just in case it is for security
reasons..

Do you have mysql remote in some koha installations (3.22) installed via
packages?
