[Koha] Fast cataloguing

Besides a check on user privileges, Koha also checks to see if a
bibliographic framework exists for fast cataloging. This framework
must have the code "FA."

Does a Fast Cataloging framework exist in Administration -> MARC
bibliographic framework?

What version of Koha are you using?
