[Koha] Fwd: Patron Card Creator doesn’t work

I submitted a patch on 
https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=16747

Regarding barcodes: In my tests they appear as expected.
Maybe you forgot to check 'Print card number as barcode' in the card 
layout definition?
