[Koha] Koha 16.05 - Notice Triggers Issue: Delivery Options Not Saving! (Was: Manually send overdue notices from command-line?)

Hi Craig,
It seems to work for me (dev install on master).
Could you check the logs file and check if it's clear or not?
If everything looks ok in the logs, could you try on a sandbox to make
sure it's a bug?
